A review of your performance measures derived from a “winning KPI” project

Many organisations who have followed my ‘Winning KPI methodology’ end up with too many measures.  I can help you sort the ‘wheat from the chaff’.

Description

Assuming you have ascertained your critical success factors, designed measures from these, and documented them using the template suggested in the book I can help you fine tune measures so there are more current and future measures, while eliminating those where the intended action is best served by an alternative measure. The process will slim your measures down to the desired 10/80/10 ratio.

The process

After a GoToMeeting, see separate cost, I will edit your database and give my recommendation in a separate field leaving you there to accept or delete my suggestions.  We will then go over each of the proposed measures in a series of 1.5 hour sessions.

The costs

The GoToMeeting/teams meeting to get the background and sight the measures. 1.5 hour costs $750 (valid for 2024).

A review will be 2 days of time at a cost of US$8,000 (valid for 2024).

GoToMeeting/teams meeting to go through the proposed measures which takes about 3 sessions.  3*1.5 hour calls costs $2,250 (valid for 2024).
