I have trained many inhouse teams in my methodologies.  The main uses have been:

• upskilling the finance teams (fast close, forecasting, reporting, winning work habits )
• assisting inhouse teams running a winning KPI project

I can also run a leadership  and innovation programmes.

Webinars are particularly useful where your team is split over various locations.   I have delivered over 100 webinars over the last 20 years and am very experienced in achieving engagement with the audience.  

These sessions are purchased in blocks of 3 *2.5 hour webinars, 5 * 2.5 hour webinars . Each 2.5 hour webinar session will involve about 8 hours of my time . The cost is US$4000 per session (valid for 2024).

For a five webinar series US$20,000 + planning call US$750 (valid for 2024)

I can train multi teams in different locations simultaneously, making this value for money training.

I do not give just one webinar as it will not create change and therefore waste your and my time.
